This Shrimp Alfredo Pasta Bake is a delicious and comforting dish that combines tender shrimp, creamy Alfredo sauce, and cheesy goodness. Perfect for a cozy dinner with loved ones.
Ingredients: 8 oz penne pasta. 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 cups Alfredo sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. It will take about two to three minutes on each side to cook the shrimp until they are pink and fully cooked. Take the shrimp out of the pan and set it aside. Put garlic powder, black pepper, and Alfredo sauce in the same pan. Stir it well, then let it cook for two to three minutes. After the shrimp and penne are cooked, add them to the Alfredo sauce. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture in a baking dish that has been greased. Add mozzarella cheese shreds and Parmesan cheese grated on top. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
