These slow cooker sweet and spicy nuts are perfect for snacking or gifting. They are easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients: 3 cups mixed nuts almonds, cashews, pecans. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Put cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, mixed nuts, maple syrup, brown sugar, and brown sugar in a slow cooker. Stir the mixture around until it covers all of the nuts evenly. Turn the heat down to low and stir the food every 30 minutes for two hours. Place nuts on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Let cool all the way down before serving or putting away in a container that won't let air in.
