Spice-infused crispy Indian chickpeas are an easy and healthful snack. They provide a perfectly crunchy, filling, and healthy treat.
Ingredients: 2 cups chickpeas, cooked and drained. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt until evenly coated. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chickpeas are crispy, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even cooking. Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
