Ingredients: 2 red bell peppers, halved and seeds removed. 2 zucchinis, sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, toss the peppers and zucchinis with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated. Place the peppers and zucchinis on the preheated grill, cut side down for peppers, and directly on the grates for zucchinis.
