There's a redhead with curly short hair wandering around. You absolutely cannot miss them-their clothing screams for attention,and they move like the world is their stage. The most interesting thing about them, though is their skin- it appears to be adorned with flower like fractal patterns, almost like delicate scars. It almost looks like an intentional tattoo.
