I just typed the word “axe” into Word, and spellchecker informed me it was the wrong variation of the word and I ought to be using “ax” instead, and listen here: I’ve given up a lot of things since moving to America, I’ve renounced the extra u’s and made the switches to z’s and switched from “leant” to “leaned”, but the only way you're taking the “e” out of my “axe” is from my cold, dead hands.Â

Odd Comics Facts: Kal-El vs Kal-L (Earth-1 versus Earth-2)
Here's a funny thing for you. According to The Essential Encyclopedia of Superman (2010), page 145, the spelling of Clark's Kryptonian name is a little different across dimensions.
While in our mainstream universe it is spelled Kal-El, over in Earth-2's universe, it's Kal-L.
Dimensions are weird, aren't they?
Is it not prominent in Canada?? Cuz I know quite a few people named Katey lol
I guess not. At least not that spelling. I knew quite a few Caitlin/Katelyn’s in high school and university who shortened their names to Katie/Katy. In fact, when I was a kid, there were two Katie’s on my street, both of them dogs.
