@Regranned from @cdavis0714 - "ONLY SPEAK WHAT YOU WISH TO BE BROUGHT INTO EXISTENCE" I used to suffer from negative self-talk which included self-doubt, focusing on negative "what if" situations and worst case scenarios. I inadvertently gave the universe permission to turn my negative self-talk into reality . It wasn't until I changed my way of thinking that the desires of my heart then became my reality. It's not an easy process and I'm still not perfect at it, however I understand that what I think and what I say will ultimately be brought into existence. So it's critical that I practice positive self-talk as part of my prep and as part of my life.
