For Now- a short speade imagine
“Im sorry.” He says, eyes to the ground, “I couldn’t keep it up anymore. It was just too much.”
“Its ok.” The other boy says back, “I understand.”
“How do you do it?” his voice cracks and the other boy walks toward him.
“I don’t really know. But what I think about when I feel like giving up is that all of this is for you, for us.” The boy lifts the other’s chin up to look at him and smiles, “Its all gunna be alright.” The smaller of the two hugs the other. The taller one soothes the smaller by rubbing circles on his back during the hug. The sound of footsteps in the distance makes them retract immediately, but then whoever it was makes a turn before reaching the room the boys were hidden in.
“You see. This is what I hate about this! We shouldn’t have to hide!” the smaller boy rants.
“I know. I know, but this the way it has to be for now.”
“for now.”
“for now.” Those two simple words were the source of their hopes and dreams of the future.

btw speade (in this) stands for 2 boys in my class (spencer and meade, yes his name is meade) who i ship soooo hard but since you don't know them you can think of the characters as anyone.
