The other day I made a discovery on Spotify. I won’t further dig into my past releases, because what is present and future is where I have to focus. Nov. 19th another “layer”, to this series will be released to all major platforms. @dashillsmith has always struck me as genius. Not only is he an amazing musician, wordsmyth and all around storyteller, but an amazingly magical dad. 😊 @jazznewsofficial placed #spawnofthedawn in a playlist amongst, quite a few legendary vibe creators. This under a genre that I was told won’t bare any fruits. Right now this is more about culture and continuance. It’s more than an honor to have a tune be considered JAZZ, during a period where commercialism seems to want to further disconnect itself from the roots, of its rich royalty.
