Hi all I just wanted to introduce myself I'm natural lights sports remidial therapist some of you will know me from the harbour hotel but as from July I will now be based with natural light at the Holiday inn . I am a mum if 2 beautiful girls as well as working as a sports therapist I also offer individual PT sessions and specialise in Kickboxing and women's weight lifting. In my spare time I am training to be a stunt action performer so you can usually find me on a horse launching bows and arrows or with a sword pretending to be a Knight!
