Su color, negro, es debido a la reacción de la grasa en contacto con el aire, y no por acumulación de suciedad como se suele pensar. La contaminación, el polvo o el abuso de maquillajes son los principales causantes de ensuciar los poros y producir grasa en la piel. Para prevenir la aparición de puntos negros, lo ideal sería seguir una rutina de higiene y cuidado de la piel como utilizar jabones limpiadores, cremas y desmaquillantes acordes a nuestro tipo de piel (seca, normal, grasa). Es aconsejable hacer una limpieza en profundidad con exfoliante una vez por semana y sobre todo deshacernos del maquillaje diario antes de irnos a la cama para que lo poros respiren y no arrastremos suciedad y grasa. Para tratar estos granos en la piel es importante, como he dicho, realizar una correcta higiene diaria y además seguir los siguientes consejos: 🌱 Utilizar periódicamente mascarillas faciales para este tipo de lesiones. 🌱 Limpiar e hidratar correctamente la cara antes de aplicarnos el maquillaje y utilizar un desmaquillante (no las toallitas) para arrastrar y eliminar todo el producto. 🌱 Lavarse el rostro con agua templada. 🌱 Utilizar un exfoliante facial una vez por semana.
