Isnt the cyclist the guy in the white shirt?

I admit to not having the best eyes, but whatever the cyclist is pulling seems to have a back to it like a chair and it looks to me like in the end frame that the cyclist is no longer with the carriage, that it's just the carriage we're looking at.
