Someday I hope to land both a Zorki 4 and 10 out in the North American wilds. I could not say no though when I got a message of a good working (except for the self-timer spring) 2C built in 1956 (according to the way it is said to decipher from the serial #'s) was for sale semi-locally. A really clean 2C WITH A Jupiter 8 lens! For a more than reasonable price too!!!! The screw mount lens assembly on these were modeled after Leica's (something I'll probably never own as even used ones cost more than what I've paid for most cars I've owned) that also work on another old soviet camera brand, FED. I own a FED 5 with an Industar 50 lens. There will definitely be some switching and experimenting going on with the two rigs and their glass through the next few seasons. Stoked!
