    he was never too certain of what ed WANTED anymore. it was disconcerting to him, given that ed was truly the one person that he knew the best. at least, oswald had thought that were the case. he had OPENED up to the other, had thought that perhaps things could be different between them. he had even hoped that his best friend could actually feel the same way about him, that he felt for ed. FALLING IN LOVE was not as pleasant of a feeling as he had imagined, not when the feelings were unrequited. perhaps that was the most painful thing of all. oswald had SEEN the look on edâs face whenever he had spoken about love between the two of them. he had seen the disgust and horror there. his hopes had been risen for nothing.Â
     âi am truly happy to see you, my dear friend. though, iâm CURIOUS as to wha --â the words were cut off when he felt himself being pushed back. stumbling, icy blue orbs widened as he glanced up at ed once his back had pressed against the wall, certain that the other was going to hurt him. but those thoughts were quashed when he felt lips against his own. oswald had DREAMT of such a thing occurring between the two of them, and yet he had been certain it would never become reality. yet, here he was, pressed against a wall as ed kissed him. and it was everything that oswald had imagined it to be. once the shock had worn off, arms were snaking around the other, eyes sliding shut as he pressed back into the kiss, his emotions GETTING the best of him.Â
