28 minute run (2min walk and 2 min run) went pretty good. Calf keeps cramping though and despite my compression sock it won’t go away. Pushed through the cramp today but I’m not sure if it keeps getting worse if I’ll be able to. Presently sitting with heat on it and will lacrosse ball roll it later. #runnersofinstagram #running #southbendrunner

Took this forgetting about seeing the miles but it was a mile and half. Did a short run with high intensity. I’ve also decided I like the gym on Sundays, because no one is there which means the track isn’t jam packed with people. #running #runnersofinstagram #southbendrunner #hogwartsrunningclub
