Kunjungi workhop Gallery Motorcycle, Officine Mermaid dan South Garage di kota Brescia dan Milan.

Champions Team Suryanation Motorland juga berkunjung ke Ducati Museum yang memajang motor-motor legendarisnya.

Info resmi dari pulau Jakarta, 26 Januari 2018 – Selama berada di Italia, Champions Team Suryanation Motorland juga bertemu dengan builder-builder lokal Italia. Salah satu yang sempat dikunjungi adalah Gallery Motorcycle yang berada di kota Brescia atau sekitar 60 km dari kota Verona, tempat berlangsungya Motor Bike Expo ke-10. Workshop yang berada di daerah Rezzato ini adalah milik sang builder Mirko Perugini.

“Ini merupakan salah satu tujuan kita untuk datang ke Italia, bisa berdiskusi langsung dengan para builder Italia disini sudah pasti akan menambah pengalaman dan juga pengetahuan para builder pemenang Suryanation Motorland 2017.” ujar Ari Kusumo Wibowo, Brand Manager Surya. Para pemenang yang bertemu langsung dengan builder Gallery Motorcycle juga terlihat antusias untuk melihat beberapa hasil-hasil karya yang ada di dalam workshop.

Anggota rombongan berkesempatan langsung untuk melihat aktivitas workshopnya yang tertata dengan baik. Sang pemilik pun dengan ramah melayani berbagai pertanyaan dan juga berdiskusi mengenai teknis pembuatan motor. Pada tahun lalu motor buatan Gallery Motorcyle berhasil menjadi Best of Show di ajang Italian Motorcycle Championship dengan motor buatannya yaitu HD JD 1000 cc tahun 1920.

“Kesempatan seperti ini yang tidak ternilai, bagaimana kita bisa berdiskusi mengenai passion yang sama dengan builder dari negara di belahan dunia lain” sambung Syahrir pemenang Best of The Best Makassar.

Sementara itu pemenang Best of The Best Tangerang Selatan, Ari Protechnics menambahkan “Beberapa peralatan workshop yang ada disini kurang lebih sama dengan yang biasa saya gunakan di bengkel. Tetapi untuk zig pembuatan rangka yang ada disini sangat ideal, saya jadi terinspirasi untuk memiliki alat tersebut.”  

Builder Top Italia

Melanjutkan perjalanannya di Italia, Champions Team juga sempat mengunjungi Ducati Museum yang berada di kota Bologna sekitar 2 jam perjalanan darat dari kota Brescia. Disini rombongan melihat motor-motor produksi awal Ducati sampai dengan motor balap MotoGP yang berhasil menjadi juara dunia.

“Museum ini sangat luar biasa dan keren karena semua motor dijaga sangat baik, tidak hanya itu ternyata saya juga baru mengetahui bahwa sejarah motor Ducati ini pada awalnya adalah pabrik pembuatan radio” tutur Andika dari Kromworks.

Workshop lain yang juga sempat dikunjungi adalah Officine Mermaid dan South Garage yang ada di kota Milan, ibukota dari Italia. Di kedua workshop ini juga tidak disia-siakan oleh rombongan untuk berdiskusi dengan builder dari kedua workshop tersebut.

Di Officine Mermaid, sang builder dan juga owner Dario pun ikut menceritakan bagaimana membuat sebuah konsep yang akhirnya diwujudkan dalam bentuk sebuah motor custom.

“Kita jadi bisa membayangkan proses kerja yang mereka lakukan dan belajar dari situ untuk kemudian kita lakukan pada saat membuat motor” ujar Rio, pemenang Best of The Best Palembang. Di akhir kunjungan Dario memberikan kenang-kenangan berupa buku profil builder-builder ternama di Eropa kepada Champions Team.

Sementara di South Garage, CEO dan Founder mereka yaitu Giuseppe Carucci menyambut kedatangan rombongan di area workshopnya. South Garage dikenal dengan gaya motor yang simpel dan berkelas.

“Pelajaran yang didapat dari South Garage ini adalah dalam membuat sebuah motor custom yang terpenting adalah Stylish, Comfort dan Safety” sambung Bayu, pemenang Best of The Best Banjarmasin. Tidak lupa Champions Team juga memberikan plakat sebagai ucapan terima kasih kepada kedua workshop yang telah menyambut kehadiran mereka.
