i’m going to keep this brief because giving attention to the situation isn’t something i’m in any position to be doing right now. due to recent hostility in the tags, soundscape is going to be becoming a closed group. it will still be open but instead of advertising for apps, it will be invite only -- all current members can take up new characters or invite their friends to do so. 

to all the genuinely concerned anons sharing to the tags, i’m sorry for the bad experiences you had here. but to the people who are getting passive aggressive, mean, and flat out lying, i’m sorry you think so lowly of me that you wouldn’t contact me privately for an open and honest discussion but i truly do understand staying anonymous is easier sometimes. this is the best way i can solve both party’s issues because, at the end of the day, i just want to write, just like you did. all the members still here want to write. if you didn’t have a good time, that’s fine and valid, but i hope you can move on gracefully just as this group will move on. i’ll focus on running soundscape better if you just give me the space and time to do so and stop the witch hunt.

current members, if a closed/invite only group doesn’t suit you, i also understand. if you’ve seen anything in the tags to which i’m referring and wish to leave, i get it, too. this is a messy situation but i’m hoping this change can be temporary as i work on addressing how best to move forward in order to reopen for apps. but for now, things have escalated beyond any other solution.
