It doesn't necessarily have to be a gluten problem. You could just be sensitive to wheat. People are too quick to say gluten when that's not the only part that can make you sick.
It’s possible, but there are specific issues that apparently are specifically tied to gluten. Believe me, I don’t want to jump on any fads and definitely don’t want to be sensitive and/or allergic to any part of wonderful, wonderful wheat.
The other thing is that it explains problems my mother and grandmother have had for years, and which some of my cousins also have, so it could be a bad situation. Either way, I’m going to ask a doctor, because I’m not one of those, and if I just showed up to a lab with samples of my blood, they might call me “crazy” and phone “the police.”
