Day 12 complete. I hate cardio but I will #holdthepass. So I tested in for #soulcon today as well. So I ran the 5k first. Then I ran 5 more miles for #holdthepass to kill those 600 sins. After the call yesterday and today I decided to keep running and praying. My total miles today were 13.78 miles. Got my head and my heart in alignment with the will of God.
