#sorting it out

Los Padres National Forest, California.

This little traveled trail got me. I had a big loop I was trying and I just couldn't find my way through one part. Well past the halfway point, I had to turn around and head back the way I'd come. I came down the other way to see if I could figure it out. The place of confusion was only a few hundred feet long. I sorted it out, although I'm not sure I'd have been able to get through without having already seen the other side. From December 2014.

This show is part of the reason I find her so interesting: Her interest in learning and exploring things in the world. Her ability to be creative and engaging even when not acting. She’s a born orator/narrator, too. Pardon my gushing.

The segment is about an exhibit at the School of the Art Institute featuring the work of former students.  @aspirinqpoetess I do not know if you have ever seen this but it features (formerly) young artists and art history so I was reminded of you :)
