Christopher glared at the drunk girl, not sure what to do – how to help her. But he wasn’t going to leave her here, alone, drunk and lost, and definitely not in the right mind. ‘’Get down from there!’’ he repeated, insisting she did as he told her to. But she didn’t seem to understand his words, hell, what could have made her so upset that she’d drink herself to such a state? ‘’Just stop moving, stop doing anything at all!’’ he added, clenching his teeth together.
He wasn’t the helping type, but he wasn’t one to watch an innocent girl die, either. Just because she made a mistake of drinking to much, making the wrong decisions, didn’t meant she deserved to die. He held his hand up, making sure she wouldn’t be scared of him, showing he didn’t meant any harm as he slowly approached her. Once he almost reached her he doubted if he should just jump forwards, grab her and pull her back with him, or to wait and talk her towards him. He liked the first option better, that way would be more realistic of them both walking out of here that night.
Forrest turned her head to look over at him with a bewildered frown. Why was he talking like that, all demanding and as if he was in charge of her? Even so, she suddenly froze dramatically, before giggling like a little kid. By the time she'd composed herself he had got closer to her -Â too close.Â
"Who, whoa, whoa -- wait," She pointed a finger at him, threateningly if he got any closer. "You aren' my mom. You don't tell m' wha' t'do," The blonde glared at him, although tears were running down her face. "I'm gonna do wha'ever the fuck I want," Forrest spat her slurred words at him, pointing down over the ledge now. Only she wished she hadn't dropped her bottle; it had had some wine left in it. That was giving her the last bit of courage she needed to do this whole thing, although she still couldn't recall why. Â
