Everyone seems so excited for the 50th anniversary episode, but I've just watched the trailer with a :| face all the way through
I WANT TO BE EXCITED FOR IT
but it doesn't seem that great
it really bothers me when I see little kids dressed up as adults, especially little girls. like in photoshoots these little 7 year olds have a full face of makeup and are dressed like some fashion forward pristine 24 year old. i'm sorry, but they are little kids. they pick mismatched socks and wear sandals with them. they don't care about how many times their sleeves are rolled up. stop trying to make them grow up so quick. we each only get one childhood so stop trying to rush and push them through theirs. and stop trying to sexualize that 7 year old, she doesnt need eyeliner and lipstick, if anything all she needs is chapstick. ahh just let kids be kids please.
