┌Since the moment she arrived in the city she could tell people were watching her, and why wouldn't they be? She was after all, quite obviously different from a lot of them. Blue skin being the biggest difference. It was uncomfortable. They way they watched, the things they were probably too afraid to say out loud. She could see judgement in too many of their eyes, and it left a bitter taste in her mouth.

Three times a day, ten minutes each... That was the limit to her abilities, how she was supposed to live normally with only half an hour of being able to keep herself living a relatively 'normal' life here was going to be difficult. Fitting in would be impossible. Of course it worried her┘

"What're they expecting from us?"

Taking a deep breath the mutant straightened herself, holding her head high, trying to look like she wasn't afraid, trying to look proud and strong. She shouldn't show her fear at the situation, not yet.
