Buckfest, or "Buckie" or "Wreck the Hoose Juice" ("hoose" = "house") is a shockingly caffeinated tonic wine that's a source of controversy in Scotland. Though it was first made by monks in the 1890s, it's commonly attributed as a factor in criminal and antisocial behavior in young men, especially in Glasgow and the surrounding areas. It contains the same amount of caffeine as 6 cups of coffee, has-drop for drop- more caffeine than Red Bull but is surprisingly tasty. 😜 Thanks to my favorite little Scottish Hoodlum @calrae91 for introducing me. #sooutofsynch #latergramming #buckfest #Scotland
