Personality:
Sootfrost is a somewhat experienced warrior with a decent track record. He’s the only living son of two skilled warriors who recently passed, and he has always expected that he must carry on their legacy. His primary fixation: battle. Gain. Win. He’s not the best at socializing with his clanmates; in fact, he tends to make rude or demeaning comments from time to time. Although he is sworn strongly to the code above all else, he doesn’t see the need for soft relations. He’s never had a mate. He is a valuable thinker for battle tactics and general combat, but his stubborn and callous nature is the unknown barrier in between the unstoppable force that his parents were.

it might help to hang blankets in your windows just to catch glass if anything breaks; and im sure you've heard this a million times but stay behind something big and heavy and away from windows. i lived down near pine island when charlie came in and gods if this dont seem way too similar. please be safe!

So Im super not excited for my doctors ap next week lmao my lupus has been flaring up massively for months and i can finally afford my 'accessing your insurance' fee and im super worried that the doc is going to tell me its diet related even though the pain flares started ramping up weeks before i went 100% vegan y'all have any advice on that front or is it more of an uphill battle?
in my experience, yeah. its just something you have to deal with
i don’t know anything about lupus beyond what a google search will tell you but i know that balanced diets are supposed to help with the inflammation so there is a good chance that diet talk will come up
i would prepare yourself with knowledge tbh. make sure you know what vegan foods contain which essential vitamins and nutrients. here is a post i hope helps
so when your doctor says something along the lines of ‘oh you need more of this in your diet’ or ‘your diet is lacking in so and so and may be causing your problems’ or whatever, be ready to let them know you can get that nutrient in a plant based food and that you will try to get more of it
i know that’s easier said than done though
i personally don’t have a lot of experience with this sort of thing because not a single one of my doctors have ever known i am vegan. but in terms of physical illnesses i am very abled so i’ve never really had to tell them
i hope this has helped even a little but if any followers have had to go through something similar and can offer more experienced advice, i would really appreciate you chiming in!
