There is like only one option as to who is asking this question hahaha.

Ok, when I answer these headcanon questions, they're usually just fun little ideas that don't rely on the gender of the characters, just on their personality. So for the most part, not a lot would change beyond.....their gender.........omg like

Mako's still taller than everyone (I WILL NOT LET THIS GO PEOPLE WHO DRAW RULE 63 MAKO SHORTER THAN ANYONE IN THE KREW IS W R O N G), she takes care of Bolin, she is serious and a bit of a grump and she makes mistakes and she clings to the people she cares about and she's super strong and a great firebender and she's the brains to Korra's brawn.

But ok let's do the dumb fun stuff.

Omg what if fem!Mako's equivalent to Mako's suit is a really fancy red dress and mAKEUP, WITH HER HAIR STYLED REALLY NICE omg that's adorable. Like, I feel like fem!Mako would have this idea of what makes a classy, successful lady (and Asami is basically it lmao), and while she wouldn't want to be that way 100% of the time, she is secretly enchanted with the idea of dressing up nice, going on a date, etc.

Korra doesn't really care what fem!Mako wears or does but tbh she is all for the lipstick, she likes to end dates with the two of them makin' out so it gets smudged everywherrrrrrrrre.

What else...............oH pffft omg fem!Mako would try to buy ~ lingerie ~ because of the aforementioned interest/idea of what classy ladies look like.

But like, this is still Mako, she'd buy it and she would come back home with the box and think to herself "THIS WAS STUPID I'M GOING TO LOOK STUPID THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY OH GOD HIDE IT HIDE THE EVIDENCE"

So she shoves it under her bed but then of course Korra somehow finds it and is like "haHAHA PUT IT ON, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE"

Fem!Mako does but she's like, she has no idea how to hold herself to be sexy, just like canon Mako, so she's slouching and her shoulders are stiff and she crosses her arms over her stomach when she walks out wearing it, looking pointedly at the ground like "THERE I DID IT I PUT IT ON HAPPY NOW"

But like Korra LIKES MAKO LIKE THIS, SHE ALWAYS DOES, THIS GRUMPY PERSON IS HER IDEAL SO SHE'S JUST SITTING THERE LIKE

omfg how cute she loves her awkward beautiful girlfriend and Korra's like "COME HERE THIS IS GREAT" and fem!Mako is all blushy and laughing like "omg I can't believe you think this is attractive but ok ok"

Yeah, there's a real problem of people taking this incredibly seriously - who consider someone not liking their ship as a personal affront, and who link their preferences to rl shit like racism, homophobia, and the like. You don't ship this? You must be homophobic. You do ship this? Well you must support abusive relationships. This pairing isn't your cup of tea? Well that means you called the people who do like dirty rape apologists! It's insane, and it's outrageous people are making these connections and going after people hardcore because they don't like the same things. No, it's not an insult to you specifically and personally if someone has a different opinion, come on.
