#repost @tonyvinhstagram This is Jenny, the sweetest owner ever of my favorite Korean restaurant by my home called Tofu Love. But six months ago a fire next door burned it down. After 20+ successful years in the restaurant business, her family told her to just retire, relax and enjoy the second half of her life. She said no, because cooking for her customers is the only way she knows how to relax and enjoy life. So she and her husband spent the past summer fixing the place up and starting over fresh. They reopened this weekend under the name, Chadolpoong. I don’t know what it means. But I do know this– the name, menu and interior of the restaurant may be all new, but the food and Jenny’s cooking is still the same and delicious as ever...😋.
