Hello.
This is a letter to you.
You who has read something I wrote and smiled or giggled, who laughed or cried, who loved deeply or despised entirely. You who felt touched by it, or who felt encouraged or distracted just enough exactly when you needed to be distracted, this is a letter to you.
Did you know that you helped me too? Did you know that your comments helped me? Yes, even the most nonsensical ones made up of random letters and symbols. Did you know that when you shared my stories amongst your friends, or left paragraphs upon paragraphs in the tags of something, or when you sent me an anonymous ask because you were too overcome to attach your name to it, or when you left me a two or three word comment in a chapter, did you know that you also helped me to write it? And writing makes me so happy, but sharing it with you brings me so much more happiness. This blog would absolutely not exist anymore if you weren’t here.
Every single word from you has helped not only write the next line that’s been burning to come out, but I genuinely feel like we are in this together and when I say I am thankful to you, and that I am so lucky to have you, and that I could not have done this without you, what I genuinely mean is that I love you.
This is a love letter to you.
I love you.
