Das Anwesen liegt direkt an der Klippe gegenüber der Halbinsel Na Foradada. Am Ende der Klippe steht ein kleiner runder Tempel aus weißem Marmor in antiker griechischer Architektur. Mit seiner Yacht Nixe konnte er vom Meer direkt anlegen (Quelle: Wikipedia)
