Well, I am very nervous about posting this but I’m doing it anyways! I posted this on my twitter (It’s Puzzle_P_Angel if you’re wondering) and I could not say all the things I want to say in that one small tweet. And most likely they’ll read it here.

I have looked to you guys for a very long time now. You guys are my art inspirations and I hope to meet all you guys again soon and maybe one I’ll be at artist alley not as a buyer but as a fellow tabling artist in the near future.

Well, maybe recent isn’t accurate because it’s been thing for the past couple years (it just feels recent because I’ve known about Kylee since her deviantART/Sheezyart days).  Basically tumblr does what tumblr does and overreacts to shit, and now there’s a stupid amount of people who think that Kylee is a pedophile.  Their “evidence” includes:

-When she was a teenager she would draw shippy art of her and Ed from FMA.  So now that she’s an adult, this… makes her a pedophile? Even though she doesn’t do this anymore?

-She saw one video of a character from Yuri on Ice figure skating in a sexy manner and commented on it, unaware that the character is fifteen.  This is anime, a medium notorious for being unable to tell characters’ ages outside of context, so it’s an easy mistake to make.  But apparently making an off-the-cuff comment about a character from an anime she’d never seen was unforgivable.

-During the height of her Undertale love, she really crushed on Sans.  She also had a habit of drawing herself in Frisk’s clothing, because she was so deeply affected by the game that she wanted to convey herself as the player character interacting with the others. (and again, to be fair, there’s not much to Frisk’s character during the game so it’s very easy to insert yourself into their place) This led to the mental gymnastics of people saying she supports FriskxSans, and thus, pedophilia.
