  “ i don't know if it's customary for someone to admit they have never worn makeup before ... and last night, i had the idiotic thought that i didn't really know how to remove it properly. so ... i wore it out ... T O N I G H T. " the embarrassed male rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly, one hand framing his face to show the makeup he was still currently adorning. cristian was still learning the rules and regulations of this whole actor business. and when he’d been invited out with the cast and crew for drinks after a long day of shooting, he’d happily agreed. that was until he came face to face with his zombie makeup in the mirror right before he was supposed to be heading out. sighing, he grabbed his beer from the bar and looked the petite female in the eyes with a slight tint in his cheeks. “ i bet that’s the dumbest thing you have ever heard someone say but ... in retrospect, some girl D I D ask for my number so maybe the whole dead look thing you did on me is working in my favor. ”

weekday afternoons for aaron maddox aren’t usually spent pursuing around art museums. maybe he’s just not CULTURED enough, but he really doesn’t get it. his head tilts this way and that as he moves around the statue --- a borderline comical sight in his attempt to see...well, whatever he’s SUPPOSED to be seeing. then again, he was hired to steal the artifact, not ANALYZE it. but that was for later on in the night, once the place was closed and he was able to do his thing unnoticed. “do you know what it’s supposed to be?” he suddenly asks the person next to him, brows raising in their direction before inclining his head back towards the statue in front of them. “i personally think it’s a bear...no, wait, maybe a goat on top of a skull?”

     “dude, is something wrong with you today or what?” aleki was standing in his doorway, trying to tidy up his room a little as she had just arrived in his dorm and although he usually didn’t give a shit, he figured he might as well get it over and done with. whoever he had coming by later — and there was always someone coming by — would likely prefer him to not have his shit all over the place. plus, he felt strange just sitting there, watching her like he had been for the first minute and a half before abruptly getting up and talking about the explicit activities he’d gotten up to the night prior. “usually you’re down to listen to my shit about girls and now, what? you’re...” he didn’t want to bring it up, the little drunken mess that was their last party together. he thought they were both pretending it hadn’t happened, so to see her be acting different... it left him unsettled. “you’re my best friend. you know that, you gotta be straight up with me.”
