Last time I choose Agena, so here goes her elder son, Alfie!
1/ He discovered his homosexuality rather early, around age 11/12. At first, he was scared of what his mother would say, but he could never hide anything from her, especially when he was younger, and ended up coming out a few weeks before his 13th birthday. When he talked about his fears concerning her reaction, she reassured him, telling him that nothing could ever make her stop loving him, and certainly not something as trivial - to her - as his preferences in partners. That day, he also learned that his father was bisexual (so is his paternal grandmother, actually).
2/ Though Kiyoshi is his first boyfriend, he did have a massive crush on another boy before they went together: Wolfgang. He did confess, but at the time, Wolfie was too far in the closet to reciprocate. But now that Alfie's in a relationship? Wolfie is crushing - or maybe more - on him. Draaaaama!
3/ He doesn't know what his gender is. Or rather, he doesn't care, as he doesn't see the point of it. He still uses "he/him" pronouns as it's easier since he was AMAB, but he doesn't feel like a boy/man. He just is.
