I’m curious; what brought you to simblr?
Oooh good question -
Before last summer when I started, I’d been a super stalker of cc and some blogs (I primarily lived on lana cc finds for sims 3 and same when I went to sims 4). With everything going on in the world, plus major unemployment, and being stuck back at home it kinda felt right to start a simblr. It was something I’d wanted to do for a while but honestly was so nervous about putting anything out and I didn’t know where to even start (especially since I really thought simblr was only sharing custom content). I’d been seeing more edits when cc hunting and was inspired by all the talent and what could be done using the game outside of just gameplay & cc. So why not, right?
As a photographer, shoots weren’t as frequent with the move and state of the world so sim screenshots/edits were/are an outlet for my creativity. Really I just wanted an outlet to get all these ideas out, cus I was actually losing my mind, and connect with others who maybe enjoy the game & creating whatever (because once again the talent).
Short answer - no 2020 events and I probably wouldn’t have been making sims content.
