There is something unsaid when I am in my head I am ranting and reeling, but part of me is dead I am so selfish, and conceited, looking for something--something to please me But I can't find it--no I can't find it

DC: More Time
The hour had grown last, and as the night stretched into early morning several orbs of arcane and nature magics hung in the air illuminating the study of the Sunmage.  The white stone and polished woods mimicked the study of his Grandmere’ heralding back to another time. With each letter he wrote down another invitation to the court was drafted. Cathein scanned the names of a manicured list of his kin that had removed from previous Courts. looking over each in kind doing his best to put a face to everyone to remember their wrong doings. Placing the quill in the ink his teal hued eyes fell on a name he had recognized. “Krishnan.”
“Ah yes, that is why he is on the list, you sided with the Voidsunders during the unrest.”  Recalling a missive sent by the younger Starsunder the Sunmage twisted his face. “He took their side against us, and threw in his lot with the separatists.  If memory serves his family disowned him for such an action.” Tapping along in thought he began to hum to himself.  Eyes moving to the ticking clock as it slid from one day to another his face soured.  Resting his chin on his hand he opened a drawer and withdrew a photo.
“It's been one year my son, it’s been one year since I lost you a second time.”  Pulling back at the wetness on his lashes.  “You died doing what you knew was right, I… I just wish I could have told you just how proud I was to watch over you.”  Sliding the photo against the clock he continued to pen the letter.
“I will send Krishnan a personal invitation, in your honor.  May it serve as a means to aid in mending the bridges of broken families. I just wish I had the courage to tell you who your real father was, I just wish I had spent more time with you Sedrix.”
