Someoka/Kevin and Kazemaru/Nathan's relationship regarding the Dark Emperors' era... Let me explain.

Overall inpression : I'm imagining them struggling so hard after this event. Now that they know their force was kinda fake because of the Aliea stone, they try to rebuild self-confidence over time. Also, they feel so guilty that they think they have a sort of debt towards the team.

As Dark Emperors : Someoka/Kevin would be kinda jealous of Kazemaru/Nathan, because he was chosen by the coach to be the captain. They would fight a lot during training sessions, because they want to surpass each other. Sometimes, Someoka/Kevin would be more aggressive and Kazemaru/Nathan would be more arrogant. The Aliea stone increased their power, but also the darkest side of their personalities.

After, when it comes back to normal : Someoka/Kevin and Kazemaru/Nathan rely a lot on each other to recover. They do a lot of extra training after regular sessions with the Raimon team. They fight sometimes, but they try to solve their problems as soon as possible, in order to not repeat the same mistakes again. Someoka/Kevin is more willing to change and move on, when Kazemaru/Nathan is the one who struggles the most. He needs his friend's entire support to move on. And Someoka/Kevin understands it in a way, he's ready to swallow up his frustrations to help Kazemaru/Nathan.

To conclude, their relationship evolves a lot. At the beginning, they're good teammates. During the Dark Emperors' era, they become so competitive and arrogant that they fight a lot and nearly destroy their friendship. At the end, they rebuild their relationship through pain, resilience, mutual support and empathy, even if it's hard.
