It takes me so much effort to find any character I don't play in a fighting game cool. I feel like a picky eater.
The deeper I venture into this mental health journey, the clearer it becomes none of it is accessible to those who need it most. Which probably sounds like kicking in an open door, because duh, but it's invisible to everyone who holds a regular job and seeks occasional help or none at all.
As soon as it becomes a permanent fixture and impedes with your ability to work, you're done. As soon as you don't have the money to pay for and food and clothes and therapy and spare time fun (because why else work) and fucking bills, it all gets reduced to therapy or worse, nothing and isolation. People's response doesn't go far beyond "oh that sucks" and there is a sense of judgement because of course you can't pay for shit, you're not working.
I can't work because reasons and I shouldn't have to dig myself into a deeper hole to get therapy or be left to my own devices when I have to choose between food or help. What the fuck is this world.
