Did they recently appear in this timeline and inmediately became a problem health wise or have they been around for a while (like in canon) and just now started to make people sick? It took a few generations to reach this point since quirks continued to develop differently given the combinations and long-term effects. Something to note is that quirks manifesting in people wasnât a natural progression, and it was seen as the ânext logical stepâ to furthering humanityâs development.
