This approach, which offers rentals on new Solvia developments via www.solvia.es, includes in this summer campaign discounts of up to 25% in accordance with the financing or consolidation of the Personal Agent, who helps customers to located the property which best suits their needs, informing them of the best opportunities and giving them guidance on financing and explaining the steps to take to carry out the purchase. The campaign launches next 30 May and will run until 18 August.

Solvia, the real estate company of Banco Sabadell, is today a benchmark in the sector which has set itself the aim this year of reaching the sales figure of last year and increasing the profitability of its sales. The first quarter of 2014 ended with 3,271 units sold - 13% up over the previous year – for the sum of 657 million, a 42% increase compared to the first quarter of 2013.
