#solider beetle

From top left to bottom right, they are:

Dark bush cricket, Pholidoptera griseoaptera, possibly a nymph. They love to sunbathe on brambles and nettles.

These may be Anaspis maculata. It was hard for me to find much information on them, other than that they’re commonly found pollinating flowers like in this photo.

Metallic flea beetle, Altica sp. It’s hard to tell the difference between all the hundreds of beetles in the genus so I’m unsure of a more specific name. Flea beetles are commonly considered pests and known for their ability to jump, hence the name.

Some kind of female wolf spider, possibly Pardosa amentata, the spotted wolf spider. Wolf spiders are very agile hunters. They carry their eggs like in this photo by attaching them to their spinnerets (the organ their silk comes from). The spiderlings also stay with the female being carried for a few weeks after hatching.

Cantharis cryptica or pallida. They are a species of soldier beetle. I was unable to find much more about them as the site I usually use, NatureSpot, keeps showing errors.

This photo features three creatures: a rather hard to identify fly, possibly Anthomyiidae, the root-maggot fly, a common green bottle fly, Lucilia sericata, and a comedically retreating weevil of some kind, possibly a green immigrant leaf weevil, Polydrusus formosus.
