#Nomading through the streets of Rongali bazaar before starting on the #Silkroute I chanced upon a Sunday bazaar which had an elaborate selection of pastas, oils, meats and vegetables under neat and clean makeshift tents. Probably my food find of the week. I stocked up on my stock of #bhootjholakia #chillies for my signature #nagachilly sauce. Made out of hollow #bamboo stems it is decorated ornately with different kind if metals.
