2 - favorite episode and why

i’d say episode 10 for all its iconic scenes and plot twist but i love the atmosphere of episode 6, the Cup of China squad is so sweet and good-natured (except georgi because he’s a creep) and yuuri’s performance of eros in it is my absolute fave! and of course episode 7, i would be lying if i said it doesn’t feature in my top 5 since. well. it’s the episode that convinced me to watch the show, no need to explain why i presume ahdfsjkhsdjk

(though for some reason when i look for an episode to watch at random i often end up choosing episode 5, not sure why…)

3 - favorite character and why

yuuri. he’s so layered and so likeable, he has a soft heart but hates being perceived as weak, he has a tendency to self-sabotage but is also well-aware of his skills and his potential… i relate to him so, so much. his anxiety is so well depicted. and the message he carries? that it’s never too late to figure out who you are and achieve your dreams? as someone who is almost as old as he is i can’t say enough how important and inspiring it is. and that’s not the eighth of the quarter of the half of what i want to say about him but it’s midnight and i’m already too emotional

yuuri is an icon and he deserves the whole universe and beyond

10 - favorite victuuri moment

they’re all extremely important to me really, but i’ll go with the airport scene, i will never forget my reaction seeing it for the first time (mostly because i filmed myself) (but it’s unforgettable either way), it’s the kind of scene that would make you roll your eyes if it featured in a cliché, cheesy het romcom but in this context it’s actually so… incredibly romantic and significant and important??? there’s nothing about it that i don’t love.

(also it was such a relief to see makka safe and sound 🐶)
