Every day I think about Brindefaceās death. I feel as though for how striking it was when I read it as a kid, itās really slept on by the fandom. When it *is* talked about, it often is more so in relation to Ashfurās trauma than looking at it on its own. Iām sick and tired of talking about men I donāt give a flying fuck about your āpoor little emo boyā I need to examine this. We dont get any POV on her death, and itās said in the books that the burial is a rushed affair. How did things go down? She and Tigerclaw were in the nursery together and trained as apprentices alongside one anotherā this was a major betrayal, and itās so twisted that this was never addressed in the series.
