awwww shit! aight (this may or may not be in the context of the dance academy au i have 👀)

Mal, Uma, and pretty much everyone has heard Audrey and Evie arguing at least once, and they all know why.

They’re alwayssss trying to one-up each other every chance they get, whether it’s with a ballet solo, or whenever it’s Karaoke Night and which one can hit the higher note than the other when belting out Broadway show tunes.

Mal and Uma - being the little shits they are - suggests Audrey and Evie do a dance duet (salsa perhaps?) because they think that their incessant arguing is just about to drive everyone else mad. (Audrey and Evie want to murder the both of them for this.)

After a few conversations, they decide to do the said duet. Audrey’s never been this close to Evie before (except from when it was two minutes until show time and she bumped her as she was running to the stage). From the moment they start dancing, they see something in each other that was almost unexplainable, like a spark almost. And now Evie suddenly cannot stop blushing when she says Audrey is a good dance partner.

Let’s just say they become more than dance partners after that.
