as someone who's played school of dragons since basically its opening in 2013 I have witnessed the dev team behind that game make many many stupid decisions over the years but some of The worst ones in my humble and possibly insane opinion were when they removed the ability to lock your dragon's fireball attack onto other players and when they added the intro quest that gave you a random fully grown dragon.
why? because one of the greatest (and only) ways to pass the time in early sod used to be chasing all the new players that only had baby dragons around the map and shooting fireballs at them. suffering through the endless fireball barrage until you finally gained enough experience to get your stupid idiot baby dragon to the adult stage so You could fly and shoot fireballs at people used to be a sort of rite of passage for a sod player. but they took it away from us. they removed my fucking school of dragons hazing ritual.
