They are both unaware of social (Soc) cues, and won't really care about those social cues if a soc user point them out what they omited. I mean, a blind spot is as simple as being indifferent to this instinct. It's not hate, belittleling, reacting or opposing it. But that's mostly overfocus when it does fall into reactivity toward the blind spot. However, overall, it's simple indifference, and even obliviousness. You don't see it, or when you do, you interpret it solely with your instincts and then lead you to unfitting behaviors (since you are clueless as how it works) and so, cringe or surprised response from others. So, in general, Soc blinds are just your oblivious dude, doing their life the best they think and just either poorly soc or totally miss the point, thus obliviousness. Present Soc to an IRL soc blind and they'll just ??? at you and wonder why you care about this. If they are close to you and care about you, of course they'll try their best to accomodate you in their way, but you'll see that they really don't know how Soc actually work. Or well, they can guess, but they will be "clumsy" with Soc ways, will end up exhausted rapidly by it and fall back on Sp and Sx to maintain any interaction.

So, uh... That's what i meant by this. I'd add it's important to distinguish Soc cues from Je "cues", since Fe and Te are not dumb and judge from general set of rules that are not solely born from their ass. So, they rely on external rules, but Soc actually comes with a need for belonging, so it's important to note if this need is present and notice if the individual use their Je to gain that sense of belonging or not. Je is a tool to orient people, Soc is a need and an instinct in "how to get this need met".

Last point, about overfocus, Soc blinds can also start to overuse Soc, like Sx blinds and Sp blinds with their blind spot, as a desperate mean to attain their dominant. So, that's where you'll either see a soc blind go on a Hate rant about soc and being shitty about it or even starting to be soc try hards, but obviously doing it wrongly, not like unhealthy So/sp tho, for the actual sake of Sp and Sx. So it makes them actually be shit at soc and actually emphasize how socless they are.

Yeah, no, it's mostly a tumblr 4/fix disease. Tho, it can be a symptom of Soc blindness, but unhealthy soc blinds with a 4 fix mostly, and I'd say it's more contra Sx that feel the need to be edgelords.

Unhealthy Sx/so tend not to see their Soc and sometimes believe themselves Sx/sp, so it might result in that confusion or overlapping of edginess and misattribution to Soc blindness. IVs descriptions in general do not help either...

I mean, even So/sp can be stupidly edgy if they have a 4 fix. Unhealthy contraflows 4/fix like to be edgy tryhards, specifically on tumblr.

Soc blindness is as you described, aloof and just. Oblivious. It's simplistic and unaware. Tho, the enneagram types and fixes will greatly vary in how it influences soc blindness.
