Shin looks from the path lit by the flashlight in his hand to Asahi at his side, raising a brow at him. “You were the one who wanted to go here.”

On his end, Shin isn’t sure what a “test of courage” is supposed to prove about their relationship. Asahi’s called him a friend for so long now that Shin’s never needed more than that to be certain of where they stand.

Still, he supposes this is what normal middle schoolers do on their summer vacations. And considering his training starts in the afternoon tomorrow instead of the usual morning, he can afford to walk to their school in the middle of the night and try to make it to the rooftop without incident.

It's not everyday Vasco had to attend to someone with injuries outside of his crew. While his knowledge of patching another up is limited at best, he can still perform a decent work. Enough so the injured got by. If it's severe, then, he would direct them elsewhere to another Naut who had more experienced. Regardless, his hands kept on moving around the large wounds on the other's arms, chest, and cheek. Not too deep too, which is a relieved. This is no problem at all, even if the most annoying part about this is ensuring Nishikawa had to sit still the entire time.

It was either bleeding out in a random alleyway or sought out a stranger, which so happened to be getting ready to eat lunch for the day.
