Phosphorus burns carry a greater risk of mortality than other forms of burns due to the absorption of phosphorus into the body through the burned area, resulting in liver, heart and kidney damage, and in some cases multiple organ failure.
I finally beat Spec Ops: The Line
and wow it's awesome. I suppose it really is the "Heart of Darkness"/Apocalypse Now of games. I beat Crysis 3 yesterday and now I'll either play Persona 4 Arena or try to beat the hard ass final boss in Revengeance.

holy shit
Just finished Spec Ops: The Line
Just... wow.
I'm honestly at a bit of a loss for words. The shooting was average, with some interesting mechanics here and there involving the ever looming threat of sand in Dubai. The art design, the story, and the voice acting though... well, that's a whole other cup of tea.Â
Just play that game. It was marketed as just another "'MERICA, FUCK YEAH" MMS, but it totally isn't that at all. In fact, it openly argues against that attitude throughout the entire campaign. It is designed to make you feel like shit for what you are doing, and it does it damn well. Not only that, but the presentation of the game is downright GORGEOUS, with stellar voice acting across the board lead by Nolan North as Captain Walker.Â
Spec Ops: The Line is a brilliant game that deserves to be played.
