First off, I hope Lady was prepared to lose any hope of having personal space. Dante is very, very, very fond of hugs and cuddles. Seriously, walk in and there’s a decent chance you’ll see Lady walking around and ignoring the half devil that’s like close to a foot taller than her clinging on to her.
Date night involves beating up poor demons. So basically, every time they go on a mission together is date night. Neither of them minds this.
(Sometimes they go out to eat or a movie like normal people, but they both think beating up demons is much more fun.)
Dante gets like 1000% more protective of her once they’re together. Lady had to yell at him several times before he stopped hovering over her every single time they go out on missions, and she never quite manages to keep him from doing his upmost to keep her from being injured.
(She’s not sure if how protective he is is because of what happened to his family or because of him being half devil because she’s seen far too many try to take revenge after losing their “mate.” The answer is a bit of both.)
Dante manages to drag her into singing and dancing to the jukebox with her a lot. He just loves seeing her smile and laugh like there’s nothing in the world to worry about.
Lady actually opens up to Dante about her family- the only one she’s willing to talk to about stuff like this. Dante for his part replies in kind, telling her about all the good times with his family before things fell to pieces.
Both of them have gotten into arguments with others that tried to make fun of the other’s hair or eyes.
Dante tried teaching her how to use some of his Devil Arms. She admits that it’s nice to know how to use them in case of an emergency, but she’d rather stick to her guns.
Lady had high hopes that she would be able to make Dante get up earlier now that they’re sleeping in the same bed. It’s actually the complete opposite.
Sometimes, Dante will just wake up and stare at her and try to figure out how he ever got so lucky to have her in his life. Lady has done the same. They’ve never been able to figure out the answer, but they’re grateful that this happened all the same.
