Why no one is talking about Vegas saying '' I was blinded by the adults ''?? It feels, to me so important for his character development.
Maybe he realized that he was just another pawn for the minor (and major family). That what the adult told him (his dad) was blinded him from what he really want, from who he is.
This small phrase prove that he is not just helping Porsche to get closer to Pete (let's be honest he doesn't need Porsche, he could get back to Pete without any trouble), no he is making a choice here. He want to help Porsche so could put an end on Khorn and Kan way of ruling. I think he realized that he doesn't need to compete with Kinn (he is defending him in the temple). He want to stop doing the way his father does it.
He is making a choice for himself here. He is, slowly but surely, emancipated from his da's and what he wants. He is starting to do thing for him.
His non verbal expression changed. Something feel different by the way he stands, the way he talk to Porsche. He is not the same Vegas as the beginning of the series.
I cannot wait for the big final because I feel like Vegas is going to make a lot of choice for himself
Also, I think him doing that is a way for him to have a chance of a more peaceful life.
