my cousin has a friend whos aunt works for management for a company and they have a private twitter and they tell the people under that management what to tweet by simply doing something like "@person -what they want them to say-" so that they know who should tweet it, what to tweet and how to tweet it, what to hash tag ect;

that's part of the reason why a lot of famous people tweet to themselves, because they copy the exact tweet, paste it, make it look more like they wrote it or whatever, then tweet it.
